The The North East Los Angeles Internet Services Cooperative (NELA-ISC) is a member-owned service for residents of Eagle Rock, Glassell Park, Highland Park, and Mt. Washington. We hope to expand to serve the entire region. We offer superior Internet service at near cost. Every subscriber is a voting member, so we all have a say in the kind of services we want for our communities.
